The Andover open day is tempting, but a hell of a distance from East Yorks, is it basically a bike meet ?, what is there to tempt us to visit ?
Burger vans don't count ! , workshop tours ?, discount spares stall ? technical talks by the experts there ?....... don't see much on their website about it other than a bike meet. A bit more about it may help us decide.....

I was toying with the idea of a run down, but at 220 miles/ 4 hours each way (Drax) it's a fair run - not to mention the cost of fuel !!

I read yesterday that Paul Ralph is suddenly leaving Andover Norton. From chatting with the Andover guys at the Stafford show, it seemed to me Paul was just about 'the' rotary expert. Their open day would have been a chance to talk to an expert about rotaries.
Anyone well informed enough to comment on this situation ?

2 Commanders appeared at the Mile gathering, Pocklington ,on Sunday, one white, one maroon. Did'nt see the owners.
